The general purpose of the Environmental Planning Committee is to discuss:
EAS#11-12-09: Rezoning of a portion of land at 38882 Mentor Ave. from R-60 Residential to General Business. Submitted by Jill Dzina, Agent, Vintage Management Services.
EAS#1-1-10: Subdivision consisting of 73 single family residential lots located on the northeasterly side of Tamarac Blvd. Submitted by John Neely, Project Manager.
EAS#4-1-10: Addition to existing building located at 4722 East 355th St. owned by Ascendtech Management, Inc. to be used as a warehouse. Submitted by Gary Lapin.
EAS#5-2-10: Complete renovation of existing bank structure located at 35361 Euclid Ave to be converted to professional offices, hearing aid services and financial consulting offices. Submitted by Kurt Weaver, AIA, AKW, Inc.
